Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective Date: March 27, 2026

By using Fish Audio ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. This is a legal agreement between you and the developer, Shahzaib Ali.

PROHIBITED USE: You may not use Fish Audio to create content for the purpose of fraud, harassment, impersonation of real people without consent, or spreading misinformation.

1. Voice Cloning & Microphone Use

  • Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own the rights to any audio you upload or record. You must not clone the voice of another person without their express written permission.
  • Microphone Access: By granting microphone permission, you agree that the App may process your live voice recordings solely for the purpose of generating your unique AI voice model.

2. AI Parody & Celebrity Impressions

  • Nature of Content: All "celebrity" or public figure voices available in the App are **AI-generated parodies and artistic impressions**.
  • No Affiliation: Fish Audio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any real-world celebrities or public figures. These voices are for entertainment and creative use only.

3. User Content & Ethics

You are solely responsible for any audio generated using the App. You agree NOT to:

  • Generate "Deepfake" content intended to deceive or mislead the public.
  • Create defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit audio.
  • Use cloned voices to bypass security or voice-authentication systems.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Payments: All premium subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Cancellations: You must manage your subscription through your device settings. We cannot manually cancel or refund subscriptions on your behalf.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Fish Audio is provided "as is." The developer, Shahzaib Ali, shall not be held liable for any damages, legal claims, or misuse of the AI technology by users. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these ethical guidelines.
